UF Health Family Medicine - Ocala Heath Brook

Waste of time, money, and effort coming to this office. You will never hear an update unless you call the clinic that is so difficult to get a hold of someone. They couldn't even tell me what happened to the referral from the doctor that we saw. This health service needs a lot of improvement. Never again.

Not sure about others but my experience with UF Physicians has been very good. Waiting time is always short for me. Communication concerning appointments is great. From the front staff to nurses and doctors I have had nothing but good experiences. Liz Hall and Dr. Johnson are great both spend time without making me feel rushed. I have trust with both concerning their decisions about my health. Im glad I found this place a few years ago.

Very difficult to receive a response on labs or imaging. Very disappointing going from the Gainesville network of UF Health to this.

To get a prescription refilled is a nightmare at this facility. They say to do it thru their online portal and that is a joke. Thank goodness the medication I needed to refill countless times is not for a serious health condition. If it was, I'd be dead.
