Well I am happy I didnt read reviews before coming! I had a very pleasant relaxing experience with my massage therapist Calvin! He listened to the issues that I was having and paid special attention to those areas and I left out feeling so relax and not in pain anymore. This is one of the best massages that Ive had in a long time! I was a little late because I went to the wrong location, but they still took me in didnt complain. Did not have an attitude. My husband and I have been members since August 2023. Getting a massage is something that we do together every time. On Super Bowl Sunday, my husband's message therapist cancelled the morning of. So, I cancelled mine also. We rescheduled for March 2nd, my husband's message therapist cancelled within the hour! I also cancelled my appointment which they wanted to charge a fee for until my husband protested. We asked to cancel our membership since we haven't been able to use it since November and refund our credits we've paid for. The manager refused and her solution was that we should book through her, so she can book us with someone dependable. Find a more dependable company that will honor their commitments. They are very quick to hand out cancellation fees to customers but offer no recompense when they do it multiple times to customers.
