They will from the get go do nothing for you, from the beginning was asked to get the papers to which they would not email or mail; youd have to find them, print them and submit them. Not receive a call of confirmation at least of having received them; and all this just to schedule an at appointment to be told theyre unsure of accepting your insurance after youve followed all steps as indicated!

I haven't yet experienced an in person session, but I wanted to say that just from my phone conversation with the receptionist and the counselor I spoke with.. They were very kind and helpful. They asked a little about myself and immediately got choked up, the concern from the woman I was just getting information on pricing was amazing. She asked what she could do to help me RIGHT NOW. I'm looking forward to our first session.

My wife and I found Joyce to be a terrible marriage counselor. I can say this after comparing her to a couple of others that did a much much better job. She almost always shows up late and checks out early. Some appointments she just a no-show but claims are very rude receptionist had called and left a message to cancel that very morning an hour before that appointment. She seem to quite enjoy crucifying me but never did talk to my wife. She exclaimed what a wonderful person my wife was without even knowing who she was. Implying that I was not worthy. Constantly. when we needed her the most she was a no-show again. I have studied psychology in my life. At a college level. And I can tell you this woman knows remarkably little about psychology. I doubt very seriously she even knows who Freud was. We went to this woman on and off for quite some time. It always ended the same way. She was a no-show. I'd like to thank her personally for absolutely nothing. A complete waste of time. And money.
