We came in at 11am, they open at 9. It took 5 min of knocking for the female attendant to answer. When applying for a loan we wanted to clarify the terms and that we didnt want auto pay. She was very short and kept saying "I'll do that in a minute" while rushing us thru the app. Not our first problem at this location.

DO NOT CASH YOUR CHECK HERE! These people are running an elaborate scam on the community! These people scammed my husband into opening a prepaid card account by lying and saying they did not have the funds available to cash his check in its entirety! Mind you it was early in the day so I was perplexed as to why a check cashing FACILITY HAS NO CASH FOR THE CHECKS THEY ARE TO SERVICE! The woman who works there told him she only had $800 in the the facility and that the remainder of the check needed to be put on their prepaid card services. My husband came in with a VALID GOVERNMENT ISSUED CHECK AND WAS TREATED AS IF HE WAS THE SCAMMER! Save your time, respect, dignity and money! Dont go there unless you want to be swindled into opening an account with RIDICULOUS FEES!
