Josh was excellent. After being turned away from another retail store (the one by Starbucks in Ocala) because they werent corporate (in reality they just didnt care to help me since they didnt think I was going to buy another phone). Josh readily helped me untangle all the issues with my new Verizon account with multiple lines even though he thought I was just there to solve a problem however, I do have another line to add and am getting another iPhone 15 for my teenager, and Im going to order that with Josh! Go in and ask for him!

My mom and brother have an account and I surely will never get one here. My 91 year old mom wanted the Bluetooth ear buds but even before we took off the protective yellow tabs on buds they kept falling out of her ears. She barely touched them and they refused to take them back! So now she has JBL Harman Vibe Beam/perfect fit no one can use, we tried, and surely NOT a perfect fit by any stretch of the imagination. Terrible customer service didn't even bother mentioning some fit awful. If I could give negative stars I would!
