        UPDATE: today is 12/27/23 i have yet to hear anything from this company on my refund, can i consider this as stealing now, very upsetting a company like this will keep someones money and not refund it, when no service for maintenance was ever done. think ive been nice long enough. don't usually do this but. Back on Aug 4th had tech at my house, I paid for a maintenance service of $149.00, the office staff said they left mess. Regardless I asked for refund, and I keep getting run around. 3 months now. I just want my money back. Was told they only cut checks once a month, whatever it's been 3 months now and NO REFUND!!!!

        Sell you a service contract to have a high pressure sales man feed you a bunch of un needed items 2,700 then manager argues with you when you complain and won't refund the other half of your service contract. Shame, look at yelp reviews lol
