        Went to check out the Shea Homes Models and they are staged beautifully. The homes also have very nice finishes compared to other builders. Semi custom homes in Central Florida. Well established community with miles of trails, dog parks, gym and many other amenities including a on site full service restaurant.

        I can't believe that this lovely place that was a Trilogy 55+ community was bought by Horton/Forester who changed it into an all ages development and turned it into a nightmare

        Beware of Shea homes. Lovely well built home but they are not loyal to their homeowners. They sold the community to DR Horton homes and left us high and dry and never looked back. The prices of our homes have continued to drop while the HOA continues to raise! This is not how I wanted to spend my retirement years!

      Thanks, Abby for your review. We are glad you like your home. We would like to point out a few discrepancies in your review. 1. Shea Homes didn't sell the community. Shea never owned it. The developer sold the community to another developer who is now advancing the property for both Shea Homes and another builder to build homes. We believe in this beautiful and vibrant resort community and are actively selling and building new 55+ homes to this day. 2. We can't speak to other pricing, but our pricing has gone up year over year. Thank you!
