        To many details keep your eyes wide open with this workers. Doors, floors, carpet, kitchen appliances. They will walk with dirty construction boots in your new carpet. Do the walk through slowly, looks for everything because after you sign they will ignore your calls. This people dont care about your sacrifices to be able to buy a house. If you can get a professional builder to get all details pointed for you.
