United sales put in my closet system 5-6 years ago and did a great job. And today, when I had a broken shelf, they were outstanding. They asked me to bring it in to ensure they got the cam locks right and the size! And the staff are super nice to boot!! Would def recommend!!

We have used them for multiple projects and have been very pleased in the past. Unfortunatly the quality and service has taken a nosedive, i have been trying to get them to correct their shoddy work for months. They charged $3,800 for a mitered window and cant even get the frame to line up, their solution was to caulk the rough gap. Spoke to Joe about it but he was obstinate and basically said they cant do any better.

It has now been 7 weeks since I requested assistance with a replacement shower door that was originally installed by United Sales. I was told there would be a 2 to 3-week delay in getting the door opening measured. The next step would then be waiting on the glass, then the frame and installation. I waited five weeks before contacting them again to get an update and Diane was very polite, responsive and forwarded my request to the individual who does the measuring. After 3-4 days with no response, I called and spoke to who I believe is an owner/part owner and the brother of the individual who is supposed to come measure the door. Although he was not impolite, he made it very clear that I was NOT a priority, they would get to it when they got to it, and his last suggestion was that I should probably find someone else to do the job. I was quoted $1000-$1500 for the replacement door with no firm price. It is now 2 weeks since the last update and I still have not received a phone call to get the door measured. We measured and ordered a door from another vendor, paid $400 and installed it ourselves. United Sales told us the door was custom made. I would not recommend this company.

United Sales of Ocala is a locally owned, professional company. We purchased three new shower doors from them and could not be more pleased with the quality of the door and the installation. I would highly recommend them!
