C & S Cleanout

I honestly wanted to love this company as much as everyone else did. However, we were quoted and after making an appointment for residential trash pickup, the person never showed up before 4pm as discussed. We kept calling Craig or Graig and he assured us his worker would show up before end of day, but no one ever showed up. We kept calling him to discuss a possible solution and he literally ghosted us. Additionally, it seems all Trash pickup companies know each other and communicate amongst them bc someone else we had requested a quote from called us to ask why we had booked with someone else, meaning this company, honestly childish. Even after that, I even told my husband to give him the benefit of the doubt and wait till the next day to see if he would call to reschedule. All this happened on Friday, now Monday and still nothing. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I STILL have all the trash.
