        The lady that helped me was very nice. The manager however wanted to charge 300 dollars to deliver furniture 15 miles away, what a ripoff she finally decided she could do it for 150, damage already done, please dont insult my intelligence . She also said if my son picked it up it wouldnt be put together, (what the hell). So I went to Blockers furniture , if my son picked it up it would be put together and delivery is only 90 dollars. So there is my story.

        Recently stopped in and were met by Joan, a wonderful woman. We have never navigated purchasing the right mattress for ourselves so needed someone with information and guidance. She was without a doubt that individual. She first set us up with a screening to check where we would be experiencing the most pain or discomfort when sleeping and then directing us to the correct mattress setup. We are applying for a home at the moment and this purchase had to come quickly and was unexpected so we were worried about our financial options, this turned out to be a breeze. We in no way meant to make you feel as though your intelligence was insulted. We've been proud to serve Florida for over 40 years and have adopted policies + procedures from years of experience with our valued customers. All of our deliveries come from a central warehouse in Sanford, FL (not in Ocala) and we truly apologize if that was not made clear to you. Also, the price of our delivery is dependent upon the actual items on your order. Our Premium White Glove Delivery does include full delivery, setup, disposal of all packing materials and inspection that you must sign off on before our teams leave your property to assure everything is absolutely perfect. We will pad doorways, put down the proper protection and make sure that your residence is left in pristine condition when complete. We do offer a free drop shipping option as well, which is complimentary to the first covered area of your home. We generally do not assemble items for pickup as a benefit to our customers. It can make your furniture much more difficult to get into a vehicle and maneuver into your home. This helps to greatly mitigate any damage a non-professional pickup can encounter. In many cases, pre-assembly has made our customers lives much more difficult when it comes to transportation.
