I appreciate Ricks Cleaners! They pay attention to detail. They always thank me for my business. They always greet me with a smile. The employees understand that your fine clothing is an investment and they respect that investment. Thank you!

Sadly, Ricks really disappointed. I took in a "gifted" Ralph Lauren wool sweater with a few tiny stains on the sleeve. They didn't expect to be able to do much and I didn't have big expectation of the stain being removed, but the sweater was beautiful and the stains were miniscule. When I picked up the sweater, not only were the stains still there, but the sweater itself had SHRUNK to the point it was no longer wearable. When I took the sweater back to Ricks, they denied any and ALL responsibility. It was immediate and dismissive, stating - "By law, we must follow the directions on the label - this sweater must be the problem, take it up with Ralph Lauren and they have to make it right as We followed all label directions" --- Add to that, their customer service representative literally denied the sweater was even shrunk!! The woman who had originally taken the sweater was standing right there and she too denied responsibility. Needless to say, so did Ralph Lauren. I'm not sure what happened, but today, I own a very small wool Ralph Lauren sweater RUINED by someone - obviously not Ricks Dry Cleaners......... hopefully they will get better locks on their store.. someone must be sneaking in at night... I admit... I AM responsible for the tiny stains on the sleeve... I'm going back to Dryell!!
