Meadow Ranch Dental Care

I wouldn't recommend this clinic on multiple reasons. Visited shortly after opening: The dental cleaning special almost didn't take place per advertised. The tech that did the cleaning: gave me a shower while performing the cleaning: Really! It hurt more than flossing would have. Don't buy items from the dental clinic: They don't understand that if you sell items: Aka Water Pik (which you shouldn't buy from a clinic in the 1st place) They failed to enter a Description into there Point Of Sale software. The item had a manufactures rebate: That rebate was denied based on the fact that the receipt they gave a customer doesn't have an Item Description! A $20.00 rebate has cost this clinic 2 customers since they don't understand Retail Sales of items they have no business in selling! All this clinic would have to do: Is have someone Qualified that could add a Product Description into there business software and this would prevent the loss of clients! It's also referred to as Data Entry. You shouldn't have called me this morning and irritated me into giving a Detailed description of this Complaint! Example : (Upc Code) 698798516775 Waterpik Flosser Retail Price: 100.00 In Response to your response: 6 Days ago you had the opportunity to address this issue. My Mom stopped in to the office and no one addressed the issue: The office mgr was suppose to contact her and failed to. I brought it up on 4/2/2024 and no action. First time coming here and i felt so comfortable, they talked to me about everything i needed done, explained to me what they were doing before they did it, cant remember the drs name that i had but he was awesome!!! The lady that took me into the room was awesome as well!! The staff was very friendly and so nice. They even worked with me about some dental things i need done, i always have a hard time finding a dentist i like, this one will be my forever dentist, i will most definitely be returning!!

Very caring, and gentle staff. Dr. Gao sat with me and took the time to explain what had to be done. I felt totally comfortable from the moment I walked into the office. I found my new dental home and am excited to start treatment.
