What an Amazing place ! Your kids will feel comfortable and ready to go everyday! I love all the workers as well as the director thats there!! I love the Bond that they all share with my children its Definitely a wonderful place for your children to enjoy play time as well as learning time ! they never stop learning new things ! they can be kids and have a positive daily schedule. They are all so loving caring trustworthy and very dedicated to the needs of the children They're Interaction with the children is such a blessing you can't find that in any daycare/preschool noe a days they are Very reliable professional by the books with amazing communication with everything Very clean and sanitized!! Between children's Everyday learning activities to there needs/wants and more I Definitely recommend first steps education preschool Any day for sure!!

The director is absolutely HORRIBLE! SAVE YOURSELF from a A LOT of disappointment. I got a phone call today from the director letting me know she had to shut down the infant room indefinitely due to staff shortage. What she fails to mention is that she has ran off all of her great teachers and fired two more of them. These girls work 10-12 hours a day without complaining and no break yet she continues to make it a very toxic environment. She doesnt help in any of the rooms like most directors do because shes lazy and inconsiderate of others. Im not sure why shes a director when she also doesnt like kids. Shes a horrible person with even more horrible values.

I worked there. I think people are very rude incudin the director. I also was surpost to get paid on a friday. i called and no answer. so i calle mr. lee the owner. and i called the day care back to see when im getting my money they told me since i called mr. lee there are holding my pay check for a week. I wouldnt recommend this day care to anyone. Or even to work there.

This facility is clean and very concerned about what parents think rather than health standards. I worked there some of the teachers are not certified. And my last post check was never given to me.
