I had a very pleasant experience with Denise Lathrop who came to the house to prearrange. After my husband died, Jim Grant, Funeral Director, helped me finalize arrangements in the most delicate and comforting way. I was treated respectfully and well cared for. Your head is spinning, your loved one has just passed and youre trying to think of everything you need to get done. I know, I just went through it myself. Jim Grant was incredible. He helped me with everything and brought up great ideas I hadnt thought of. This was the biggest weight lifted off my shoulders by have Jim and Baldwin Brothers in my corner. Another plus was that there was no judgment when you suddenly break out into an ugly cry (you all know the one)
