This company is proving to have no integrity before the job has started. We have experienced nothing but dishonesty so far. After deciding on a building to be built. We where asked a cash down payment. Then additional cost $$ for building plans of the building they are to build for us. Which we told by Rafael once plans are paid for they could only snail mail them within a couple days, as they are needed for permitting. After several calls to Brenda, who's office stated plans were mailed 2 weeks ago, plans didn't arrived until 2 weeks later. Once plans arrived Brenda proceeded to state we needed to rent a scissor for their contractors to work on our property with no insurance or certifications and we needed to cover the cost. Another critical detail purposely not disclosed. I think at this point The Carport Company is not trust worthy and "is not" deserving of our business and we are not moving forward with this purchase. Take a small lost upfront and not a 12Kplus lost that others have also written about. BUYERS BEWARE spend your hard earned money with a company that can and will deliver on THEIR WORD... Just a good way to do Business...
