Family Traditions - Previously DBA ABC

I contracted through Home Depot to have all of my exterior doors installed this joke of a company showed up. Its been over a year permits are expired and have not been inspected. They have had seven investigations opened up against them by several counties at this point and their license is in jeopardy. They are currently working on a suspended license and cannot legally pull any permits at least in Lake County, if I could give zero stars I would. start to finish It has been a bad experience.

After the hurricane I was left with no wall in my master bedroom. Family Traditions came to my home and made it look like new again. Jeremy did such great work, you can't even tell it was damaged. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.

Blessings, I just had my kitchen and two bathrooms done. First of all Cameron came to my house on the first day and gave me his personal number and told me that if I needed anything or had any problems to call him. When I did he handled my concerns immediately. The workers were courteous, clean, trustworthy and kind. So much so that I left the tile layer James in my home alone when I went to the gym, Dave and Jeremy were a pleasure to work with and they were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you guys so much. To say that Im happy with the finish product is an understatement I feel so blessed and grateful that I get to live here. I would recommend family traditions to anyone who wants a remodel or a home built. Speaking with Stevie in the office was like talking to a kindred spirit who serves the same God that I do. She always made sure that the job got done. Thank you a thousand times family tradition may God bless you and shine upon you and give you peace and prosperity.

Had a scheduling issue for measurements. The owner contacted me and apologized for the miscommunications. Appreciate the fact that he took the time to make it right. Happy with the service. Will post another review following installation.

Kitchen reno work done by crew was great. Company customer service was awful, we unintentionally had to remove bottom cabinetry (majority of the work) in advance from the old kitchen to have a new floor installed and were still charged for the demo with a minor credit (a win for them) on top of having to pay the floor guy to remove and haul away. If I had added work to contract a work order would've been created and an additional charge would've been added but when it came to asking for a reasonable credit it was disappointing. Good customer service is hard to come by these days.
