Went in for a quick breakfast as a treat to myself on my day off . I was assisted by Ramayne and I must sing her praises. I honestly felt like royalty . I ordered tea and she immediately warmed my mug and offered lemon or honey . I felt like I was in the Ritz Carlton again. She strategically organized the table and ensured that my utensils were placed on a plate with a napkin liner. Excellent service. Needless to say I will be back. Thank you again.

HAIR ON THE FOOD!!!Yesterday I went to the restaurant for the first time with my sister and son. At first everything was fine. My son asks for some chocolate chip pancakes to which the waitress answers that it goes very well with the chocolate milk that you ordered. That being said, when they bring the order yo the table they bring him some plain pancakes when we tell the waitress that he ordered chocolate chip and not a plain pancake, the waitress gets a little defensive and says no, you ordered it plain, my baby's face looks at me like the waitress is calling me a liar. She takes the plate a little upset and in 1 minute she brings some pancakes with melted chocolate on top and the waitress tells my son to lift the pancake because there is more chocolate underneath "thank God" because when he lifted the pancake there was a hair under the pancake and everything passed in front of the waitress. When the waitress takes the pancake it took about 8 minutes for them to bring the chocolate chip pancake correctly and I can see that it is not the same as they brought it the first time, what they made was a pancake invented the first time . I stayed calm and acceptedthe apology. I expected that because of the bad time they would give me some kind of discount on the food and for my surprise on the receipt I received additional charges for the chocolate chips. When I complained they gave me a 7 dollar discount. I worked in Puerto Rico in two 5-star hotels with chefs that have Michelin stars and if that were to happen the least we would have done is deduct what the person ordered and/or the bill goes to the house. It was very disappointing since everything else was good.
