Honestly... the best customer service I've seen in a long time. After a full home remodel and experiencing many difficulties with vendors United Glass brought hope back that there are still great "customer focused" & just kind/honest businesses out there. I called around for months to see who could create my tabletop. I'm glad I didnt give up! Thank you so much!!! Our dinner table is now whole and ready to enjoy for the holidays!

Not having a good experience with this company. Completely lacking in anything close to customer service. The woman (Dianne) who handles the phone is a mess! My account was billed under a completely unrelated name. The only way she was able to locate my invoice was by my giving her the amount and date of my credit card payment. Additionally, she actually LIED to me about a project, several times!! We finally got to the bottom of the issue and there is no doubt that her statement was either an intentional lie or at best complete lack of anything close to diligence! They are not standing by their product. I had a problem with the quality of a mirror they installed and notified them (Dianne) in less than a month! Surprisingly, she has no record of the call! I let it slide (as I was trying to correct it myself) for too long (11 months) after originally notifying them almost immediately after original installation. We had moved on to kitchen reno and I let this slide. The fact that I didn't follow up is my responsibility - standing by their product is THEIR responsibility! And, they don't seem to have ANY interest in resolving the problem. I was hoping to report them to BBB but it looks like they are not members. Have a great day and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Needed some small pieces of glass cut for my 3D printer beds, they had them ready in less than an hour. Good customer service. Thanks again!
