I ordered her pumpkin GF cupcakes for Thanksgiving, and they were amazing! She was very professional with the timing and the presentation was excellent as well! I will be ordering from her in the future!

I have been waiting for these super sweet and super moist cupcakes all my vegan life! The both vegan and gluten-free cupcakes were so good that my whole (non-vegan) family loved them and didn't know the difference! Enough said!

I absolutely love every order Ive gotten from Gaia Bakery. Lu has diligently calculated every detail of each confection. Its easy to see that no expense has been spared in the quality of her product. I have several allergies that lead me to eat a lot of plant based foods. I love feeling like I have freedom to order anything on her menu! (Anyone with food allergies knows exactly what I mean!) One of my favorite things about her desserts is that there is no compromise in flavor or texture, in reference to there being exclusively vegan ingredients. They also last more than a day and and still taste fresh. When I order cosmic brownies from her, I store them in the refrigerator. When I want one, I pop it in the oven/toaster oven on warm for about 10 minutes. It tastes totally fresh every single time. I will definitely be ordering my sons birthday cakes from her, along with non themed just because desserts

Absolutely love Gaia.Bakes! Great service, very accommodating & friendly! Like talking with an old friend! Luisa is so sweet & she provided exactly what I requested! Super yummy & her icing texture is like a smooth party in the mouth! She was also able to accommodate my dietary needs as well! Gluten free, dairy free & natural sugars used! She also uses natural food colorings too! Very impressed & definitely ordering from her more!! AND the cupcakes were super pretty! Luisa has a gift for sure in baking & design!
