WAS SUPPOSED TO REPLACE THE STARTER, FORGOT TO ORDER IT AFTER THEY TOLD ME THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. MADE APPOINTMENT FOR ME TO COME BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO INSTALL IT. I CAME BACK THAT THURSDAYTHEY DIDN'T HAVE IT. TOLD ME TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY (FRI) GOT THERE THE NEXT DAY, STILL NO STARTER, INSTEAD THE GOT A STRUT IN, HOW DO THEY NOT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE IN THE SIZE OF THE BOX. I THEN TOLD THEM NOT TO BOTHER. I CALLED VOLVO OF WINTER GARDEN, FL HAD TO WAIT TILL SEPT (WHICH WAS THE EARLIEST APPOINTMENT I COULD GET. THEY WERE MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL FIXED MY CAR CORRECTLY AND DID SOME CORRECTIONS ON THE WORK THAT VOLVO OF OCALA HAD MESSED UP. THEY HAVE EARNED MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON. I got there at 1000am and was still there at 3:00pm. Why did it take 5+ hours to change my brakes? Also, there was a couple there who were in their 90s. The gentleman clearly could not stand up from the couch in the waiting area. You may want to reconsider seating, for the elderly. There is only one Volvo technician in this dealership. I have to wait weeks to get an appointment as he is either not there or already booked. The staff is very professional and polite. However, the technician changing my brakes took an exorbitant amount of time and did not let that impinge up on his own lunch break. Service: Brakes

Maintenance appointment was kept in a timely fashion. I was glad to see this improvement.
