        They were prompt, courteous and cared! Our dryer vent was clogged at the far end where we were unable to clean it. The dryer thermostat quit working. They were here the next day only because we were unable to be home the same day we called! They went above & beyond to find and fix the cause!

        Called for a service call, they scheduled one for the next day. Technician showed in the time frame, professional and thorough in his diagnosis. Although we ended up having to replace the washer, all I all Mr Appliance ( John) was courteous and respectful. If I need another appliance serviced again, I will call Mr Appliance.
