Climate Control Mech Services

I had an issue with my furnace. Colin came out and took care of it. It took awhile as there was more than one issue, but he took care of the problems and took the time to fire up the furnace a few times to make sure it was working properly as well as gave me some good tips to keep it running smoothly! Thanks for a great job well-done!

I have been in HVAC field for about 45yrs. , I went to work for Climate Control Mechanical Services, I experienced very bad workmanship and every mechanic I worked with would said Cant see it from my house seen many code violations but each time I would say something they would say it is not going to be inspected . These practices go against all that I teach and recommend , I was going to quit working for this company at the end of the week but they called and terminated my employment at the beginning of the week they said I was not to hands on , I wonder why ! I will not recommend this company for employment or mechanical work , this company does work for Schools and county buildings , and they should have all work checked by 3rd party . This review was not written as a retaliation , meant to inform others .

these guys installed a new system before i bought this house. they got over on the original owner. the home wasnt lived in yet and they knew it. they never did a proper startup on the new system or they would have known the drainline was actually buried 16" underground. needless to say the unit wouldn't shut off and the reason was the float switch would shut off the outside condensor but not the air handler. their tech john spent 2 hours here to determine the drain was clogged. and when i got home it took me 10 minutes to find and dig up drain so it could be terminated above ground. i was still billed $160 for doing his job. john put gauges on condensor and when dripping from drain started he was done, never mind that the unit STILL DOESNT REACH TEMP SETTING UNLESS ITS DARK. mike m. the manager was supposed to send a tech back out to find out why this new unit wasn't working properly.... but they never showed and nobody, not even mike m. called to explain why nobody showed up after we waited for hours and nothing the next day. not very professional. i would not recommend this company for anything unless you like getting stood up or just like giving away your money for stuff they make last for hours that really only takes minutes. i hope this bit of honesty saves someone from a big headache.
