My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful trip to Italy thanks to Wanderlust Travel. Our travel agent Charlene, took a good amount of time to ask us questions and discuss our expectations prior to the trip. She helped us book everything including transport, hotels and excellent small group tours. This enabled us to have a worry free vacation because she had helped us plan everything so expertly. It was the trip of a lifetime and it would not have been as enjoyable if we did not work with such a professional and experienced travel service.

As an experienced traveler and one who has utilized several travel agencies, I will never take another trip again without the assistance of Wanderlust Travel Service. From the beginning stage of planning to the end of the trip, Charlene was responsive to my travel wants and needs, was responsive and patient during the planning stage of the itinerary and was proactive to ensure no hiccups during the trip. She left no stone unturned to make sure this trip was the one I hoped for and was expecting. I cannot recommend Wanderlust more highly.

At the start of a great vacation is an amazing travel agent. And, in my humble opinion, these three qualities are standouts: 1) Listens and Delivers; 2) Knowledgeable and Thorough; 3) Detailed and Efficient. All, are capabilities immediately noticed in Charlene Newton. Shes just what we were hoping for! My husband and I very much appreciated the opportunity to work with Charlene, and will always value her immense skills. We were keenly impressed by her proven dedication to her work; and, commitment in making sure that her clients are completely satisfied with all aspects of their travel itinerary. From start to finish, shes there! Charlene is a great communicator and extremely capable of handling all aspects of travel. Shes a stickler for details and strives for perfection in all she does. She asks all the right questions and provides all the time you may need to make inquiries of her. Very reliable and dependable! Since Charlene is an avid traveler, she understands how unforeseen concerns might sometimes arise. Therefore, she has the ability to immediately suggest the best and appropriate revision or work-around at short notice. Shes always at the ready! Our seven-day cruise to Puerto Plata, Dominion Republic; as well as, our extended three-day weekend in South Beach, Florida, was, in fact, undeniably adventurous. It was so incredibly enjoyable because of Charlenes amazing talents and expertise. Big or small, she does it all! With Charlenes assistance, we cant wait until our next vacation; already believing that it will be just what we wanted. Nothing short of fabulous!
