Steven was fantastic to work with as always. He has helped us buy our first home and sell it 9 years later. He is diligent and knowledgeable. He checked in with us throughout the entire process and was always available to answer questions. He advocated for us and is very client focused. We needed to sell our home quickly and he knew exactly how to make that happen. He arranged professional photography for the house which was excellent!

Over the years we've bought and sold 7 different houses, including a couple of out-of-state moves. We've never had as great an experience as we did with Steven Horner. He made everything quick, simple and secure. He went the extra mile every time, from suggesting reputable local vendors, handling the walk through, underwriting, even suggesting a few restaurants...you name it and Steven was ahead of the request. Steven provided outstanding professionalism and thoroughness that made purchasing our new home relatively stress free. We had delays and Steven was on top of everything. He provided plenty of photos and video that helped keep us appraised of our progress. After closing, Steven continued to help us with our builder by ensuring things were fixed properly, and that we were not simply passed off to the warranty department. That was above and beyond! My wife and I cannot recommend him enough!
