Last Wednesday I came in to Real Vibes to buy a disposable delta 8 vape pen (or, really, to throw away 30 dollars). When the girl behind the counter handed one to me, she asked me to test it first. It seemed clogged, so she told me to blow into the opposite end, and when I did so, with some force, it opened up. She didn't seem to think that was unusual, and it seemed to be working, so I bought the pen. The next night, and after only having taken 5 or so hits out of it, it stopped working. No unclogging or charging would fix it. I had a flight early the following morning for a 3 day trip to Portland, so I wasn't able to come back to Real Vibes until the day after my return flight, which landed at night, after store hours, and on a Monday, a day of the week that they are apparently closed anyways. I didn't have a receipt when I went back to the store, but I did have my bank app showing the charge, and I was not expecting anything more than an exchange for a functioning pen. I explained the above to the man behind the counter. He shook his head and told me he couldn't do anything for me. This is a 30 dollar product that stopped working the day after I purchased it, and I returned to the store as soon as I possibly could. The explanations I was given for a return/exchange not being possible included "that was almost a week ago" and "no other store would let you exchange this"... what?? I quickly saw that my attempt to negotiate was going nowhere, so I put the pen on the counter and walked out of the store. Defective product, and somehow the customer service was even worse.

I had such a positive experience here! Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the lovely lady who helped me but she is amazing!!! Took about ten minutes to discuss why I need CBD and what is right for me. So grateful for her! I highly recommend, these people know what their doing.
