Kintex Plumbing

Horrible service with customer service at billing department. I never had such a horrible experience as I had with this lady at Kintex Billing department. She was so rude and ruthless. She didn't have decency to understand customer all she did was talking with such a loud voice non stop as though it was her personnel issue. She really needs to get some customer talking skills. She is totally unfit to be in a position to talk to customers. Service: Shower repair

Company not very professional and technician dispatched was completely rude. Because of some minor inconvenience of providing service in my building (which can be easily resolved) technician decided to not perform the work and was extremely rude via the phone. The company never called to reschedule visit. Do not recommend Service: Garbage disposal installation

Unprofessional, cheap and apparently a waste of time and money. Good luck calling bc it will take them 30+ minutes to answer. They want you card info before they come because they will charge you whatever, whenever without your authorization. Beware! Bad customer service bad service, look for the next company and save your money and aggregation. Worst worst worst experience and I made the mistake of allowing them try to reschedule but they have poor communication.

These people from this company are DISHONEST they came to my house had to pay them before they started to work on fixing my faucet after the payment the guy just went took a look at the faucet went outside for 20 min came back got his tools and left. COMPANIES LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS !! Service: Faucet repair
