        We received 3 calls today from someone that initially identified himself as "Carl". He was told on the first two calls that we were not interested, he called back a third time and immediately, without saying who he was says with a raised voice "THIS IS MY THIRD TIME CALLING AND NO ONE LETS ME TALK TO *******. CAN I SPEAK WITH ******?". The guy cannot take rejection well. Very confrontational on the phone. Not a good way to gain business.....

        ZERO STARS ! THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING MY OFFICE RELENTLESSLY. I ASKED THEM TO STOP MULTIPLE TIMES. THEY ARE RUDE AND NASTY WHEN YOU TELL THEM YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED. THEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME HE WOULD BE HAPPY TO BE RID OF ME. HE CALLED MY OFFICE. AWFUL AWFUL!

        The sales rep Ian is unprofessional and gets irate when faced with rejection. He was told by my staff kindly, that we are not interested in the cleaning service. (multiple times). He then began to raise his voice and say awful things. A sales rep with anger issues will not close deals.
