Oh my god this is the best gym ever! High Intensity interval training classes with tabata style circuit training makes the hour fly by! Youll be sweating and loving every minute of your workout! And then its done! Lose weight, get in shape, get those endorphins flowing and feel amazing all at once! I cannot recommend enough! Oh and all the trainers are high energy and they will correct your form and help you without intimidating you - they want you to succeed and meet your fitness goals!

a group HIIT class fave of mine since 2012, a must for me for every visit to FTLwilton manors, instructors are all super helpful with the stations and intervals. booming music mixes, super A/C and a guarantee to sweat.

Best decision I ever made! Had my free class last year and was instantly hooked. The coaches all bring incredible energy to the workouts, EVERY class is different, great music and contagious vibes that push you every single day. I was never able to stick with going to the gym for long periods of time because I'd waste tons of time on my phone and get incredibly bored very quickly. HIIT group classes allow for none of that! You get there, you blink and BOOM you've done an hour of intense, full body exercise. I've seen tons of progress both physically and mentally since coming here.

I hate HIIT classes, which means I shud be doing more of them. Mikey and his whole team have great playlists and even tho before the warm up starts it can be intimidating u can get into your own groove once the music starts. Just keep moving thats all that matters!!!!
