Horrible customer service! I just left there and the manager and employee were rude even while trying to order I wish I had recorded them! I will be complaining further because theres no way someone should have to endure this to order a simple lunch

I was in a hurry to make an appointment and saw this BK up ahead of me. It was around 2:00PM on 3/21/24. I pulled into the drive through with 2 vehicles in front of me. It took close to 10 minutes for them to take 2 orders. When it was finally my turn, the first thing they asked me was Can you hold on a second?. A couple minutes later the proceeded to take my order. Another 5 minutes passed while I waited for the 2 vehicles in front of me to be served. When I got to the window I handed the guy my card and he swiped it and handed it back. Then I hear Sorry sir but can I have your card back, it didnt process it. This poor guy had to literally jiggle the cord to the credit card machine to make it work! When I finally got my food, the fries were cold and the chicken nuggets were hard as rocks. This place needs to be looked at by upper management. All around Id say it was terrible. I only gave them a 2 because they got my drink order correct!!!
