Always when I give bad reviews it is because of the staff, and in this store I went with my girlfriend looking for a Bikini for the beach and we almost couldn't find it, only a black top that she wanted to try on, when she went to the dressing room she asked if she could try it on, and The lady who served us very rudely said You can't wear that here and you know it, you know it!!, and my girlfriend asked well, but at least do you know where there are more of these bikinis and red color? And the very rude lady said again, From the same area where you found that one, you know it, and if there isn't anything I can tell you, you know it. I thought that the conversation only seemed strange to me, but to my girlfriend It affected her and she left there angry, we almost bought the bikini but the truth is we couldn't even try it on, the first time we went to Ross and the experience was disastrous, I have been to others and it is always Perfect, but this was the worst by far and thank you to that lady, who by her appearance looked like an elderly lady, who speaks Spanish, with short hair, and mostly gray hair. I hope the company takes action and talks to her so that she does not repeat her disastrous service.
