Hello all, I've been reading reviews on here as I was looking for hours of operation. The carrier we have is comparitivly from the previous location we lived at is a night and day difference. We have two carriers , one primary . One who seems to be for weekends or the others days off. Both are leaps and bounds better than or previous residence experience as it appears both the carriers now can read an address. Seriously . The old address we'd ( neighbors) get mail in our boxes then take it to the correct address ourselves. As we'd generally meet up on the street and just exchange the mail there were several times a vehicle was envolved to correct the delivery process. Seriously. The office itself 'seemed' OK as we'd not use the box to send mail as I'd found neighbors mail in my yard that was a power bill he'd mailed out ad I only found it as I was mowingbm A week later he told me when I returned it to him . The office after we moved and repeatedly put in address change notifications ( One a business ) was held for weeks . We called the postmaster and made them aware and still were getting mail that the label said had been held for 50+ days. So my experience so far as our postal carrier just yesterday physically made me aware of a package that just came in being to large for her vehicle. Notes are left advising us ofupdates etc. Both are courteous and professional that come here unlike those previously. I gave five stars as we are so thankful we can put mail in the box , raise the flag and know it'll be processed as it should be. These are our experiences and in no way am I related to or affiliated to anyone in the postal service .

Lazy, from the top down. I'm lucky to get mail three days a week. They've made informed delivery useless by only scanning mail half the time. Worst carrier, by far, in my 35 years of mail delivery.

I have had problems with the mail carrier since we moved here 6 months ago. I had been receiving the mail then it just stopped. Things that have tracking and show they are in town have not been delivered. I have complained, I have set up battery operated video cameras to make sure no one is stealing it and for days when expecting something I never even see the mail vehicle come by the box. Very important mail and still nothing, even double checked with the original sender for the address and it's fine till it gets here. I've never had this problem with a carrier before. Seems to me they are trying to force a PO Box on people. Edit added: they now seem to be reasonably on time with most deliveries. But, there's one mail carrier that works on Saturdays, they do not deliver when they mark it. Literally just today, I have 3 packages marked as delivered left at front door/porch. I've been here all day with the door opened. Nothing. Then checked the mailbox and also nothing. One of the 4 packages still say out for delivery. This is not the first time. Whoever this is will mark it delivered when it's not, then deliver it later in the day around 5-6 ish. No note saying it's too big and they'll be back or anything like I've had before (she had informed me it was too big for her vehicle and would be back, no problem I understand). This new one though, doesn't do that.
