They did my 35' x 26' three car garage (ceiling only) on August 20th, 2018. Could not be happier with the results. I had previously insulated the walls with 2" thick 4' x 8' foam panels from Lowes. After they did the ceiling I installed a MRCOOL 24,000 BTU 2 Ton Ductless Mini-Split Air Conditioner and Heat Pump. It easily cools or heats the garage. They were very careful to cover everything with plastic while spraying the foam. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend Sikes.

Very poor communication. Our scheduled appointment was canceled and every time we tried to call back no one would answer or return voicemails. Eventually I received an e-mail stating that they would be there that same day to do the insulation in our barn, giving very short notice. The work that was done was very good, however, when we got home we noticed one of our campers had been rummaged through. We tried calling the company and Will Sikes personally on 15 different occasions and left numerous voicemails. No response. A month later we received an invoice and we continued to reach out to the company without response. Today, I get a call from Tanya Sikes inquiring about the invoice. I stated we intended to pay and asked what their preference of payment was (since this is the first response I had gotten) and that I told her my husband was needing to speak with them regarding some issues. Tanya became verbally upset and threatened to get a lawyer for me refusing to pay (which I never said). I reiterated that I fully plan on paying but needed to also discuss some important issues. She proceeded to tell me that they are "short staffed" and they aren't always there. Tanya told me that since the work was done she didn't see the need or importance to return our phone calls. Overall did a good job with the quality of work but extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. Would not recommend.
