        The elevator was supposed to be fixed when we were moving in. 6+ months later still not working and the property manager will not give us a answer. They told us when moving in it was being fixed. The only good thing is the beach across the street. Looking elsewhere.now it has been a year and still broken elevator.

        Starting year 4.this is by far the best management team we have had: Sierra, Leigh, Eli, Matt and hoping to keep Dion! Prompt when needing maintenance, the grounds have never been cleaner (especially the dumpster areas), office staff pleasant and always responsive to our request. Sierra has been doing a great job in her current management position. Especially good at balancing all the responsibilities all with a positive attitude. Leigh is knowledgeable about the property and is a helpful first stop in the office. Maintenance crew the best! Feels more like home than ever before! John and Patricia

        Theres a great community of people here! Sierra has been so great! From my move in- to really turning things around when needed! She is extremely responsive. I think she has taken on more here and noticeable!

        Sierra and Leigh are amazing! They return my phone calls and emails promptly and assist me with any questions or concerns I have. They have been doing an excellent job running the office and have gotten a lot accomplished since I moved here. Keep up the great work!

        Going into our 4th year living here. Living here is like living at a resort. Beautiful building, pool, shuffleboard, patio grilling area. Kudos to Sierra in the Management office. Pleasant to work with and has always strived to keep things right.
