        Hello Monica from Great Florida InsuranceMy wife and I survived hurricane Ian and also we needed to do some traveling back and forth to the far east to help my wifes parents. In SW Florida the homeowners insurance rates and coverages were in turmoil but through 3 policy changesMonica helped us maintain our insurance and managed to get an affordable price for us. She went above and beyond to communicate with us even when we were overseas and personally contacted and facilitated our correspondence between our new insurance carrier and our bank so that our coverage never lapsed and we were not overcharged during this difficult time. Customer service is alive and well at Great Florida Insurance.
