Publix Pharmacy at Northlake Promenade Shoppes

The female pharmacist is horrible. She is rude, talked to me one right after chewing her food, and once insinuated that I was a junkie when I called to ask what to do about filling my meds prior to a vacation. Everyone else Ive dealt with is great. I very rarely leave reviews and this is my first negative one, so this shows how much this negatively effected me

I hate giving one star because they have done right by me in the past but there is one thing they cant get right and its absolutely absurd. I take an injectable medication that I have taken and filled at the same pharmacy for 5+ years. Every single time I go in the needles I need or not ready or theyre not in stock. Just the simple fact that every time I get the same prescription I have to tell the person at the counter I need the needles after five years is ridiculous!!!! Here I am once again with a medication that I cant take that I badly need. Is it gonna take another 5 years for them to put a note in to have needles in stock and ready with the prescription when I pick it up. Whichever pharmacist was working today overheard the whole thing and didnt say a word. I guess my doesnt actually matter.

Pharmacists are super quick and sharp, couldnt ask for faster or better service.

come here is you want the most apathetic group of individuals ever assembled. They make covid appointments and just go to lunch and stay as long as they want breaking appointments with no consideration whatsoever. Their attitudes are pathetic and they don't even have common courtesy to call when they can't make the appointments, let alone apologize.
