I hardly ever write reviews. But David at AAA is the G.O.A.T! He refinanced my home in West Boca. Saved me $300+ per month! Then He asked me what I was going to do with the extra money? He revealed to me his new Real Estate program. I worked with David & his team to buy a rental home in the Midwest. Got it for a great price! David helped me to find the property, negotiate it & did the financing on it! He even helped me get the down payment money! I now own a $150,000 asset which generates me $240/net every month! Can’t say enough good things about David at AAA Financial. My husband and I lived in Coral Springs. We called 4 lenders including our own bank. AAA beat them all. David’s service was 5 stars! He not only saved us $122 per month from the other quotes but, at zero points! We were expecting it to take 30 – 45 days to close…. He got us closed in just 15 days.

I saw AAA Financials Ad about turn-key real estate investing. I called David. He found me a property in the Midwest. My total out of pocket investment was $34,642. (Down payment & closing costs). My annual investment return will be: $2,400 in positive cash flow, $1,600 in equity build up, about $1,200 in tax savings plus if property appreciates just 50% of what it did last year, $4,500 in appreciation! That’s$9,700 total ROI on $34,642 or 28% ROI! That includes my property management company who does all the work! Thanks’ David!

David definitely found us the best rate and was extremely helpful and got the process done for us so quick! The only minor hiccup was a miscommunication about my escrows but in the end wasn’t a big deal.
