Brian is excellent, he found a mistake from a prior return from another filer, fixed it, extremely knowledgeable also while filing my US taxes and dealing with issues while I'm living abroad. Brian left us in a pot of hot water with the IRS, became unresponsive to the point we felt like we were harassing his business and then he just said he was not going to deal with it, and would not return a phone call to have a basic discussion about what happened.

I would have to agree with the above customer. My business it very complicated. We do the same, we give Mr. Pybus everything he doesn't ask questions, puts everything in order and sends us a monthly report, answers the phone just about every time i call or calls back shortly after. I to cannot say enough.
