The service and the work was amazing. King Plumbing gave us exactly what they promised. All of the workers were courteous. Even the boss came by to lend a hand and make sure everything was going as expected. Expectations were set from the beginning and met. Thank you King Plumbing for giving us back our home. In 4 years, no one could figure out what the problem was. You all came out, assessed the situation, provided a solution, and delivered.

Three months ago I instructed my coworker to call them out for a service. (The drains behind the bar that I manage were backing up) During the site visit, the plumber broke a drain cap that is supposed to be sealed. I was assured by the owner that they will have it replaced as soon as possible. I work in the hospitality industry and my definition of ASAP = yesterday... Here I am 3 MONTHS later with a hole on my bar floor due to their lack of competence.. I have spoken to multiple people within the company and they kept assuring me that the part is on it's way and is coming from CHINA! Two weeks ago, I called yet again and was told that the part came in and that the technician was supposed to have already installed it. The owner then gives me the number for the technician to call him and find out what was going on... I am sorry, but I am neither his DISPATCH nor his ERRAND guy! I left said technician multiple voice mails and no response. NOW EVERYTIME I CALL THE BUSINESS THEY SEND ME STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL! I do not recommend them at all. As a result of the lack of customer service and urgency, I have already alerted all other TEN locations that we have to NEVER use this company again. Not to mention all of the Food and Beverage establishments that I have ties and connections to in South Florida. At this point, I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau. Very good prompt service. I had them install an ADA toilet in my mother's house.
