Very bad service I placed an order online for delivery and it never arrived and when I called they told me they were closed I do not recommend it

I ordered a bouqet of Roses for My mother on their website. On the website the flower arangements shown look out of this world. I ordered a bouquet and the following day I got a phone call from a woman saying that she did not have the specific flowers for the bouqet that I wanted. I figured since it was mothers day they had probably ran out so I told her that it was ok. She told me it would be ready in 4 hours. The location of this place is horrible, and when I came inside, the lady just grabbed the flowers from a fridge and tossed it to my hand while she was hollering at a cell phone. They did not give me a discount for the missing flowers, and the note that I requested was not put on the flowers, they just wrote my moms name in cursive on a piece of white paper. I could have gone to publix and done a better job with $20. Not worth $70 at all!! No professionalism or Details flowers are not what is shown on the webpage.

That was a good experience to deal with flowers by Ray,my flowers delevered on time. That was very nice and I love my flowers.
