What a disgusting place. This seems to be pretty standard for most CVS's, but this is the worse I've see. The carpet is so dirty I thought I was going to get a disease. Wait, it that a used band-aid?

The pharmacy is horrible. There is no professionalism. It does not happen to me one time when I called the pharmacy to speak to someone and then hang up. I wait for several minutes then when someone picks up the phone its an hang up. The person could answer and then ask me to wait as theyre busy. Hanging up on someones face is very disrespectful, unprofessional, and unfair to the customers after several minutes waiting.

This pharmacy is Not Worth Even 1 Star! I should have read the bad reviews before transferring my prescription to this pharmacy. I was given the WRONG medication dosage on 2/23/24! When I first returned, 20 minutes later, the pharmacy assistant who came on the job at 4:00 PM rudely brushed me off by saying that "the tablets don't look the same as the previous medication but it's the same with a different manufacturer!" She never took the time to look at the prescription information. I went home and, after double checking, I confirmed that the DOSAGE WAS WRONG! So I returned to the store the next day. Eventually, a pharmacist exchanged the wrong medication for a new medication with the correct dosage - NO APOLOGIES! But they confirmed their error by refunding the measly $5 I paid out-of-pocket not covered by my insurance. This was the first and LAST time I will ever use this CVS pharmacy that during my last visit had ONE pharmacy assistant working the drive through and a long waiting line inside the store. Customers BEWARE! Look at your medication information CAREFULLY when you receive the bottles at this pharmacy!

Don't waste your time visiting this place at 600 NE 128th St, North Miami, FL 33161; it's very disorganized, dirty, employees are rude, and don't care to assist.
