        Worst HOA in Florida. Live elsewhere.

        Units are spacious, but residents stay in your business. The walls are paper thin, need better soundproofing. The plumbing is old and my bathroom constantly backs up. Oh but the biggest issue are the roaches, no matter how clean you keep your house, the roaches continue to come out.

        The management not attendance and was give the parking to another company and not advised before they took so the towing company throw my car I paid 150 dollars plus taxi to Hollywood because they didnt comuncate n a bad intentions to me.why they didnt answer or tell before the incident happen ?the owner tell me this situation because is terrible this situation.
