They implemented this appointment nonsense during Covid and now you can never get any service from any WellsFargo employee without an appointment. I am pretty sure the higher ups at Wells Fargo had the idea to make the appointments in addition to walk in service not exclusively required to get any help. Always a long line.

Customer service has to be able to get you the correct information. My question was very simple " can I get foreign currency if I go to the bank?", the person did not know or cared made an attempt to find out he said he needed to transfer my call Foreign Exchange, I waited 10 minutes to get through "my local" bank in Florida but got that guy from South Carolina but since he couldn't provide a simple answer he transferred my call to Foreign Exchange another 30 minutes, useless. *NOTE I guess just check the website for Foreign Exchange. ( it's a long systematic way to rid of all Personal Customer service and make it automated and this way you learn your lesson don't make THAT call it's your time that's gonna be wasted)
