If you chose this repair center because of the high ratings, then you were ripped off. Kat Lopez is the worst representative I have ever encountered. She lacks any sense of service. Her attitude towards my case was extremely negative, and she delayed my original pickup time by six days. Nine out of ten times I called her, she was unavailable and couldn't be reached. There were no updates on the progress. When I finally went to the store to pick up my car, she was particularly impatient with me and couldn't explain my bill, even when I asked more she wanted to slap me with her long eyelashes, but she couldn't do it. What disappoints me the most is the way they treat their customers. From the representative to the estimator, everyone seems focused solely on making money from both the insurance company and the customer. Consequently, the treatment of my vehicle's repair was highly negative. I initially thought it was just a minor car accident, but because of choosing this store, I suffered from mental distress for the entire month, enduring endless anxiety every day. Perhaps it's because I'm a foreigner that I appear as an easy target. All in all, I highly recommend against patronizing this store.
