Daryl is amazing ! I can tell he genuinely cares about the residents & he answered any questions I had and truly made me feel welcomed to the community prior to moving in ! I look forward to becoming a Biscayne Garden resident .

Mr Daryl is the best, literally the best management team ever! so accommodating and very warming and friendly! The apartments are spacious and quite never had a complaint! I will miss living here.

ive been looking for somewhere to stay for three months and have never been met with such a nice warm environment. Daryl strives to make this place feel like home for all the tenants, and i felt this just by taking a tour. Definitely looking forward to moving in.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 years now and I've had a great time. Obviously, every apartment complex has its pros and cons and we've experienced our fair share of both. The company has made a lot of essential improvements which aren't easy and are never completed within a reasonable time but the staff here made "enduring" all the hiccups better. We usually had updates sent out to keep all the residences in "the know" and even if we didn't get any prior notice they would always answer questions and explain what was happening. The residents here are also great because it feels like a neighborhood where everyone knows your name and half of them have your spare keys!
