She also quickly responded and was very thorough with explaining all documents and things needed. I appreciate the quality and work ethic she brings in every area! If I had the option to give it zero stars I would. Please if you can DO NOT rent here. However, if you are interested and schedule for a tour then please dont focus on views or scenery only. These people make money by selling a facade to the customer is common sense. Remember to look at the construction, appliances, management, staff members, and also ask residents that you may see while doing your tour about their experience living there. We lived in that residence for 3 almost 4 years and I could say that after COVID living there was just a horrible experience. First issue was management. They had new staff every other week. Before they had bilingual workers then it just became the whole opposite . Our cars would get towed even when we had our resident sticker on the area they mandated to put it on the vehicle. Meanwhile, there were other vehicles that DID NOT have it and never would get towed and even allowed a guy who had approximately 6-7 rental vehicles to park in resident parking with no stickers. The lagoona? Please dont be fooled it is only open Saturday and Sunday which I believe should be open everyday for the amount of rent they be asking for. Elevator would stop functioning every other week so one elevator for the whole building. Concierge I would say 90-95% of the time are not in the lobby. I mean common sense is to have two and not just one for that reason if you have any issues is just best to not even waste your time calling. They are not lenient with residents what so ever it does not matter if you have been a loyal resident to them they will increase your rent not by $1-200 but by hundreds of dollars. Many cops that I know that used to live there no longer live there. Its extremely funny how the owners of these buildings make so much money in the world and I can see why because they rip people off but never take into consideration that if its not for us they have no business and would not be a millionaire or in this case billionaires because they have bought that whole street to put more condos which I hope it backfires on them and lose business. Without us you guys are nothing so start having a bit more of consideration, integrity and some dignity. The same way you owners gained that money you will most definitely lose it. When youre evil and only have money in your mind that label of millionaire or billionaire wont last long. People dont waste your time specially in times like these. Us and many others that we know have moved to Broward county and it had been the best decision. They are building more townhouses and apartments and they are beautiful and a lot more cheaper then what you pay in Shoreline.
