I had bought several pants and shoes at a Rainbow far from my city. And since they don't have fitting rooms, several pants were too big for me. I looked for one near my house to go return and exchange clothes. The first surprise is that this store does not give you your cash back after a week, but rather they give you a store credit. In other words, you are tied to this store. But what's really not good is that the manager when she saw me didn't even say good afternoon. The first thing she said was why do you come to return here, this is from another store, I had to explain what happened, she was upset about it. Then she said everyone comes here to change, she made a bad face. I felt very uncomfortable about the situation. This was on the afternoon of July 23rd. After I spend my store credit I don't plan to go back to that store.
