ShipCenter® Miami shores is an authorized drop off locations for mail and packages for well know brand such as FedEx , UPS, DHL, USPS, AMERIJET, SERVIENTREGA and others private curriers. We accept your drop OFF packages if they are properly packages, labeled and ready for shipment. In addition we ask to every single customer to provide a contact information which include, full name or business name, address, a reliable phone number and an email address in case we need to reach customer for any concern in regards to his/ her packages. In regards of what customer may think, we don't have access to the information they add on the label because neither the driver or the store share software with the carrier or customer accounts . Once packages arrive to our location we need to register in our own system for inventory purpose, safety and fraud concerns, since we are packages custodian until the driver arrive for collection. At the time you arrive to our location the manager wasn't there. We do apologized if you feel aggravate for the employees working in the morning shift. We hope you stop and shop in our location again and given us a try. or you are welcome to take your business somewhere else. If any additional packaging, taping labeling, documentation or assistance is needed appropriate charge may apply. These charges must be paid at the time the shipment are dropped .
