This place is awesome! Great price, nice location in the heart of Sunny Isles, and on-point customer service. Ive been doing my gel mani/ped for over 9 years on and off and have never been disappointed. Jade and all her staff is very welcoming and the best tech is Terri. No doubt. If I could give this nail salon no stars I would do so. I came in for a spa pedicure $50. Left and had to go to a work meeting. 3 hours later the nail polish is still wet!!!! I had to cancel my plans and go back to re-do it. My entire day is completely ruined. Instead of offering me a gel polish, to make me feel better and so I can get out of it asap, they refused to do it for me and made me wait again for it to dry. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional stuff from the street, not the true nail technician.

My 16yo daughter came her for dipping powder and chrome nails. The man that did them had absolutely no idea what he was doing!!! The tips were way to big for her fingers and the dipping powder was all Over her cuticles. Disgusting
Then he charged her $70. Im appalled
Run dont walk away from this place.
The tools they use are filthy and they reuse the acetone to remove everyones nails

A male technician did my nails. SNS dip. He was quick and efficient. I kind of wanted tips, but he suggested just sticking to my natural nails as my nails will grow out better - which I commend him for caring and not trying to get me to spend more. Thank you.
