The coaches are SUPER knowledgeable and really good at helping you improve technique and overall fitness. The daily WOD's are well programmed and never boring.

I had so much fun! I recently went to their power rumba class for beginners and let me tell you!!! There were approx 15 people in the class, the instructor was this very high energy, welcoming, and attentive guy, the other women in the class (no men) were nice and supportive, the music was a mix of everything, from hip hop to salsa to merengue/bachata to afro beats and pop songs! I felt like I was just dancing with my friends and I had never met any of these people before. I couldn't get a few of the steps and the instructor saw me feeling lost, came to me and took his time to show the move slowly and give me tips on how to get it right, while the other women in class were giving me verbal support. Really cool community environment!
